You are entitled to have up to five active devices associated with your Free or Premium Lookout account.
For Android devices with Lookout NOT already installed on the new phone/device:
- Download the free Lookout Mobile Security app from the Google Play Store
- After you have installed Lookout and when you are activating the app login as an existing user ("Already have an account? Log in here")
- Enter the email address of your existing account
Note: Premium status is tied to the Lookout account. So when you are activating the Lookout app on your phone make sure to choose the "Already have an account? Log in here" link and enter the email address of your registered Lookout account. Then your new device will show up on your Lookout Premium account, activating the Premium features from within the "free" app.
For Android devices with Lookout already installed and registered to a different account on the phone/device:
- Re-activate the Lookout app by going into "Settings" on your device (not within the Lookout app)
- Then select Apps > Lookout. Click the "Clear data" button. If the button is grayed out, open the Lookout app, go to Settings and uncheck 'Device Admin'. Then go back to the Android app settings for Lookout and the button will be clickable
- Now use the "Already have an account? Log in here" link and enter the email address of your existing Lookout account
For iPhone/iPad with Lookout NOT installed on the new phone/device:
- Download the free Lookout Mobile Security app from the Apple App Store
- After you have installed, open Lookout and click on 'I have a Lookout account'
- Enter the email address of your existing account
Note: If you already have Lookout installed on your iPhone/iPad, please uninstall it and re-install using the directions above.
