If you are an existing MetroPCS customer who already has a Lookout Free or Lookout Premium account, you need to log out of the app on your device and log back in to connect your account with your MetroPCS Premium Handset Protection plan.
To do so, please follow these steps:
Go to your device Settings and click Applications and then Application Manager.
Note: If you have enabled Lookout as a Device Administrator, you will need to disable it before you log out. Within your Settings go to Security, then Device Administrators, and uncheck the box next to Lookout.
Choose the Lookout App from the list.
Click Force Stop and when prompted click OK.
Click Clear Data and when prompted click OK.
Navigate out of the Settings menu.
Open the Lookout app on your device and log in with your credentials. Your account will now be connected to your MetroPCS Premium Handset Protection plan and you will be receiving Lookout Premium service for free as part of this plan.
