You can cancel Premium subscription from within your Lookout account at www.lookout.com or from your mobile device.
From a computer:
- Log into your account at www.lookout.com
- Choose the options gear
at the top right of the page
- Choose Settings
- Click the Cancel Subscription button
5. Confirm your choice
From a mobile device:
- Log into your account at www.lookout.com
- Choose the menu
button at the top left of the page
- Choose Settings
- Tap the Cancel Subscription button
- Confirm your choice
At this point, your Premium account will not be renewed. After your Premium service has expired your account will revert back to its previous free status. As an existing user you can continue to rely on great free features, such as Malware protection, Locate and Scream, for the life of the account.
Note: If you signed up through Google Wallet (the Play store) you will need to cancel the subscription from your Google account.
- Go to payments.google.com.
- Along the left side of your screen, select Bills and accounts.
- Select the subscription you want to cancel > Cancel subscription.
Note: When you are signed up for a Lookout Premium account, we automatically charge your credit card for each payment either monthly or annually, according to your original choice.
Note: You are guaranteed access to your photos and call history for 90 days after your premium service expires.
